Tax Day is Tuesday, April 15, 2014, and the IRS will begin accepting and processing returns and refunds on Friday, January 31, 2014. The Federal and Illinois State forms will no longer be mailed out automatically. All forms are available online at the links provided below. The IRS expects to issue 9 out of 10 refunds within 21 days if filing electronically or 4 weeks if filing a paper return.
