Versiti Blood Center of Illinois and Morton Grove Public Library are joining forces to save lives. Donate blood at Versiti's mobile donation center in the Library's parking lot. Registration is recommended but walk-ins are welcome!

Drop off your favorite stuffed animal for a sleepover at the library on Saturday from 9am-4:30pm! Then, come back to the library on Sunday at 2pm to pick up your stuffed animal, enjoy a story, songs, and a craft. 

Create handmade knitted and crocheted crafts for local organizations. Please bring your needles and/or hooks and some acrylic or cotton yarn.

Drop in the Youth Services Department to make a seasonal craft while supplies last. 

Pick up your stuffed animal from their sleepover at the library and enjoy a story, songs, and a craft! Snack provided. 

Ages 3-5 with parent/caregiver

Sewing expert Mike Hall will go over all the basics of setting up and using a sewing machine. Sewing machines and supplies will be provided.

Come dressed for mess to this outdoor family art program on the Library's front lawn (weather permitting). Each session features a different paint-based process to try.

Play zany games on the Library’s front lawn! Games are geared toward school-aged kids and above, though younger children are welcome to participate with a grown-up. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.
