Looking for a good book to read? Our book discussion groups feature a variety of genres and opportunities to talk about books in a friendly setting.



Between the Lines meets monthly at the Morton Grove Public Library at two different sessions: the third Thursday at 10am and the fourth Tuesday at 7pm.


Between the Lines does not meet in July.

LitLounge, cohosted with Skokie Public Library, meets monthly on the second Wednesday at 7:30pm at Village Inn Pizza, 8050 Lincoln Ave. in Skokie.

LitLounge does not meet in August.


Walk 'N' Talk book group meets every few months and discusses the book while walking outside. You can request the book at the Check-Out Desk a month prior to the meeting. We'll provide healthy snacks and refreshments. Keep your body and mind active!

The group will meet at the east entrance of the library.
