Brooke LoBianco, Nurse Practitioner from Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, discusses conservative care, a non-surgical approach to addressing your pain. A physical therapist will also share stretching and exercise techniques. Co-sponsored by the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce.
