General Library Donation

The Morton Grove Public Library provides access to vital resources every day within and beyond our building. Your gift strengthens the Library and community by supporting literacy, education, civic engagement, and other transformative services.

You can make monetary donations to the Library by check or by credit card.

Charitable Donations

If you, your trust, or business are only able to donate to 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, the Library can accept those donations through the Illinois Library Association’s “Fund for Illinois Libraries.” MGPL is not a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

The process is a bit different but easy to follow: 

  • Make checks payable to Illinois Library Association.
  • Write “Morton Grove Public Library” in the memo line. 

  • Send checks to:
